From 2022-08-01, 10:00 UTC on, we will be redirecting all requests to http://repo.anaconda.cloud to https://repo.anaconda.cloud with an HTTP 301 Permanent Redirect.

This change *only* affects custom clients that connect via HTTP and do not honor HTTP 301 redirects.

All other clients are already connecting via HTTPS by default.
